We are happy to announce that the first update to concrete5 8.3, version 8.3.1, is now available. This is a maintenance release but it's add some nice new features and fixes some bugs in 8.3.0. Any site running 8.3.0 is encouraged to update, and those that are behind should now take another look at 8.3.0.
The biggest new feature to 8.3.1 is the upgrade path: it's now possible to update from any version as far back as 18.104.22.168 to 8.3.1 directly. This update also comes with some improvements to the process for multilingual sites, so anyone with a multilingual site running 5.7.x that has wanted to upgrade, we're hoping you'll take another look at 8.3.1.

Now, the second release candidate is available. It fixes a number of upgrade issues, and adds support for those who have the current concrete5 marketplace calendar add-on installed.

concrete5 22.214.171.124 is now available! Version 5.6 has been stable for a very long time (the previous version, 126.96.36.199, was released nearly two years ago.) We're forging ahead with exciting updates in version 8, but 5.6 still contains some worthwhile fixes and improvements for legacy sites, including
- Security improvements
- Workflow improvements
- Bug Fixes
- Export Improvements

This last one is a big one; if you have a legacy site and you'd like to migrate it to version 8, the first step is to upgrade it to version 5.6 so you can use the 5.6 legacy migration tool to export your sites. 184.108.40.206 fixes a lot of bugs with that process. You can get the full list of 220.127.116.11 fixes and changes here.
concrete5 8.1.0 is now available. In addition to a bunch of bug fixes and minor improvements, this update adds the ability to the form block to use an existing Express object form, dramatically improves concrete5's time zone support and much more.
Today's the day for a big update! concrete5 8.0.3 is now available, as is 18.104.22.168. 22.214.171.124 is a tiny maintenance release we broke Environment Information again in the last update (sorry!) and this fixes it. 8.0.3 is fixes a number of bugs in 8.0 and is highly recommended for those running 8.0. Check it out!
concrete5 8.0.2 and 126.96.36.199 are now available! This is a pretty small update, but if it fixes issues that you're experiencing you'll be sure to appreciate it! 8.0.2 smooths out more issues with the update process, fixes a bug with Express that made working with Express impossible in 8.0.1, and even adds a little feature to go with our latest Express video.
188.8.131.52 is a tiny release; it fixes an incompatibility in the system environment dashboard screen when installed on PHP versions below 5.4.
