Enhancements:
- Smarter File Chooser Behavior: The File Chooser now remembers the last selected tab, enhancing editor workflows.
- Accessibility & UI Updates: Atomik theme color values were adjusted to improve contrast and meet accessibility guidelines. Dashboard UI elements have been updated for better appearance in Dark Mode.
- Improved File Manager Handling: SVG thumbnails and detail previews are now properly displayed in the File Manager.
- Optimized Block Export: Exported blocks with custom design properties now only include values that are actually set, reducing file size and clutter.
- Board Settings Control: You can now disable automatic board regeneration through Board Settings.

- Fixed errors when regenerating or scheduling board elements without logging enabled.

- Fixed issues with UUID-based file exports in the Migration Tool.
- File Tracker now correctly detects rich text file references.
- Restored search functionality in the bulk add-to-file-set dialog.

- Resolved broken links in CMS dialogs and layout glitches in jQuery UI dialogs.
- Fixed stack menu visibility and padding inconsistencies on mobile.
- Corrected a Top Navigation error triggered by pages without active versions.

- Express Forms now require valid email addresses when enabling notifications.
- The Tags block once again displays the tag selector correctly and handles user input without errors.
- Performance & Compatibility
- Rolled back a Page List optimization that unintentionally slowed performance in certain cases.
- Resolved unserialization errors in Board logging caused by PHP return type compatibility issues.
